Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mr.Omar Abdullah on Sunday said the past Congress-headed UPA Government ought to have presented Bharat Ratna to former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Omar Abdullah also said it was a lost chance for the UPA, which was in power for a long time from 2004.
