Bumrah attained nine wickets in two innings of the Test and assembled 48 wickets in his debut Test year and became the highest wicket taking bowler. The team earlier won two Tests in 1978. Trio Bumrah, Mohammad Shami, Ishant Sharma collectively claimed 134 wickets and breaking a 34-year-old record.
