Why Do AP Ministers Use Foul Language and Provocative Gestures?

Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Minister Anil Kumar Yadav Poluboina on 24th December during his speech at an event in Kadapa shouted he and YSR Congress party followers are ready to go to any extent for YSR Congress Party chief and Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

This was not the first time the minister made this sort of provocative statements. And he’s not the first person either.  Andhra Pradesh Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Kodali Venkateswara Rao known as Kodali Nani also used foul language against opposition party leaders earlier.
