Players and supporters have been advised to cover their tattoos all through 2019 Rugby World cup in Japan to avoid felonious people.

World Rugby COO Alan Gilpin said, “We will make people mindful around the facilities that players will use in the country that people with tattoos in a Rugby World Cup context are not part of the Yakuza, the Japanese mafia.”
The players will also be asked to wear different footwear indoors from outdoors to respect culture.
The 2019 Rugby World Cup will be the ninth Rugby World Cup, to be held from 20 September to 2 November.
This will be the first time the tournament is to be held in Asia, the first time consecutive tournaments have been staged in the same hemisphere, and also the first time that the event will take place outside the traditional heartland of the sport.
