Soon after announcing plans to convert the Prime Minister House into a university, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan moved into a three bedroom house.
Specifying plans to decrease government expenditure, Mr. Khan cut down the staff serving at the Prime Minister’s residence from 524 to only 2.
He further added he will keep only two vehicles out of the 80 assigned to the Prime Minister. And the rest will be auctioned.
In his first speech to the nation after being sworn-in as Prime Minister, Cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan said he doesn’t need 524 servants at the Prime Minister House and will keep only two.
