Maharashtra Woman Minister Pankaja Munde has been criticized ever since she Shared a selfie taken at the drought-hit Latur district in the state.
Apart from the opposition Congress, even the alliance partner Shiv Sena has criticized the Minister for clicking selfie when the people of the state were facing an unprecedented water crisis.
Congress took potshots at BJP by describing the selfie act of the Minister as a way of making a mockery of the drought situation in the state.
After everyone finding fault at her action, Pankaja Munde took to Twitter to defend her action saying that her selfie taken during a review meeting was a reflection of the great work done by the Government. She claimed that the authorities have satisfaction that they have done something for people and her selfie depicts the result.
She added that the administration is ready for water conservation whenever rains come.
