Women belonging to Below poverty Line families in northern Indian state Rajasthan are eligible to get mobile phones for free under the Bhamashah Yojana scheme, the Rajasthan government has announced.

The state government will also provide free Wifi facilities to as many as 5,000 gram panchayats.
This particular programme commenced on September 1 and will end on September 30.
